Course Fee Refunds Policy

Since London College of Information Technology is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the services is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any services at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we supply. Therefore, we DO honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:

1. Non-delivery of the services: due to cancellation of training or services you do not receive from London college of Information Technology. London College of Information Technology Limited reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of services. If a customer does decide to cancellation of services, London College of Information Technology Limited will not be issued refund in the event of a cancellation by customer.

Course Cancellation Policy

In any event Customer decide to cancel training course, they need to inform London College of Information Technology before 1 week of starting training course. If Customer cancels training course prior to 1week London College of Information Technology Limited will refund registration or course fee but there will be admin charges, which will be deduct from registration fee or course fee. Admin Charges will be £100.00 + VAT. If Customer attends training course and then after decide to cancel training due to any reason, London College of Information Technology will not issue any refund and customer is liable to pay full amount of course fees. If customer failed to any outstanding of payment London College of Information Technology may pass customer details to debt collection agency and may take legal action against customer.
